§ 1 — Definitions

Definitions & Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions and in all related documents, policies, and communications issued by tk70:

Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to statutory provisions include any amendments or re-enactments thereof. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision.

§ 2 — Eligibility

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain a Player Account on tk70, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account's existence. tk70 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting under legal guardianship or as a minor in any relevant jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Player Account on tk70. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of bal ances.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and subsequently must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach that will result in immediate account termination.
• Personal Use Only: You must register and use your Player Account solely for your own personal entertainment. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing third parties to access or use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Problem Gambler Under Exclusion: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion scheme or have requested self-exclusion from tk70 or any other gambling platform that you are currently bound by. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

tk70 does not represent that access to the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your location. tk70 makes no warranties regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside the scope of its operational territory.

§ 3 — Account Registration

Account Registration & Verification

The registration process for a tk70 Player Account requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Bangladeshi mobile number. This information is used to verify your identity, process payments via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, and communicate platform updates and support responses in BST.

Following initial registration, your account will be active for gameplay and deposits. However, before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete tk70's KYC verification process by submitting the following documentation:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth clearly.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for your deposit — for bKash and Nagad, a screenshot or statement showing the registered mobile number matching your account details.
• Proof of Address (if required): A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address. This may be requested at tk70's discretion for higher-value withdrawals.

tk70 aims to process KYC submissions within 24–48 business hours (BST). You will be notified by email or platform message once your verification is complete or if additional documentation is required. Providing fraudulent, altered, or third-party documents during KYC constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

tk70 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account without prior notice if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms, if fraudulent activity is detected, if the account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months without any deposits or withdrawals, or if tk70 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any positive Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable time frame.

§ 4 — Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on tk70 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). There are no foreign currency conversions applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you deposit in BDT is the exact amount credited to your Real Money Balance, and the amount you request for withdrawal is the exact amount dispatched to your verified payment method, subject to any applicable processing fees disclosed at the time of the transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — these are tk70's primary payment channels. Deposits via these services typically confirm within two to five minutes. VIP-tier withdrawal processing is typically completed within 30 minutes during business hours (BST).
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are supported for bank-to-bank transfers. Bank transfer processing times are typically one to three business days (BST) depending on the receiving institution.
• Card Payments: Visa and Mastercard are accepted for players who hold internationally enabled cards. Card transactions are processed in BDT; no currency conversion fee is applied by tk70, though your card issuer may apply their own international transaction fees.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. tk70 does not permit transfers to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Player Account and may vary by account tier.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals requested before KYC is completed will be queued and processed only upon successful verification.
• Funds derived from Bonus Balance are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• tk70 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display patterns associated with suspicious activity. Such checks may temporarily delay the processing of affected withdrawal requests.

§ 5 — Promotions

Bonus & Promotional Terms

tk70 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms will prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The default wagering requirement for deposit-match bonuses on tk70 is 30x the bonus amount. This means a ৳1,000 deposit bonus requires ৳30,000 of qualifying wagers to be placed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The exact contribution rate for each game category is published in the offer-specific terms and in the bonus section of your Player Account.
• Offer Validity: All bonuses have a defined validity period, within which the bonus must be claimed and all associated wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus credits not used within the validity period will be automatically removed from the Player Account.
• Single Offer per Player: Unless expressly stated, each promotional offer is available to each eligible Player once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may result in account suspension.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering requirement completion is in progress on an active bonus, the maximum permitted single wager is ৳500 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Placing wagers above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus balance being voided.
• Withdrawal Cap on Bonus Winnings: Where a maximum withdrawal cap applies to a specific bonus offer, this will be stated in the individual offer terms. Players are advised to read all bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.
• tk70 Right of Refusal: tk70 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will not be compensated for the withdrawal of a future expected promotion that has not yet been claimed.

Seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (December 16), and BPL cricket season — are announced through the Platform's promotions section. All such promotions are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any offer-specific conditions.

§ 6 — User Obligations

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using tk70, you agree to comply fully with the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

Additional prohibited conduct includes: attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Platform's software or security systems; using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions where applicable; and publishing, transmitting, or distributing any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or unlawful. tk70 reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies for breaches that cause damage to the Platform, its reputation, or other users.

§ 7 — Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and software comprising the tk70 Platform — including but not limited to the tk70 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, promotional artwork, written content, database structures, and underlying source code — are the exclusive intellectual property of tk70 or are used under licence from their respective owners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

• Limited Licence: tk70 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to resell, copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of tk70. Unauthorised use of tk70's intellectual property may constitute infringement of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
• Third-Party Content: Game content provided by third-party studios is owned by those respective studios and licensed to tk70 for display on the Platform. Any use of such content outside the Platform requires direct authorisation from the relevant content owner.
• Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to tk70 regarding the Platform may be used by tk70 freely and without obligation to you, including for product development and improvement purposes.

The tk70 brand name, logo, and domain https://tk70.app are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Any use of these identifiers in a manner that could cause confusion, suggest endorsement, or disparage the brand without authorisation is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

§ 8 — Liability

Limitation of Liability

• Platform Availability: tk70 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party service failures, and network issues may temporarily affect access. tk70 will not be liable for losses — including missed wagering opportunities — arising from Platform unavailability.
• Game Outcomes: All casino game outcomes on tk70 are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or determined by live dealer procedures audited by independent third parties. tk70 does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for the statistical variance inherent in all forms of gambling.
• Third-Party Payment Services: Delays, failures, or errors in payment processing caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution are beyond tk70's control. tk70 will use reasonable efforts to resolve payment issues promptly but cannot be held liable for delays attributable to third-party financial service providers.
• Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk70's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Consequential Losses: tk70 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Platform, even if tk70 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Force Majeure: tk70 shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, internet or telecommunications failures, or acts of third parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits tk70's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. These exclusions and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Bangladeshi law and any other law applicable to the Player's jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of contract law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through tk70's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to final and binding arbitration. tk70's dispute resolution team can be contacted at [email protected] (plain text address — not a clickable link). The average initial response time for formal dispute submissions is 72 business hours (BST).

tk70 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Player Account and will be displayed prominently on the Platform for a period of no less than 14 days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
